Age Verification: poci99 will request identity documentation to verify your age and identity during the KYC process. Any account found to be registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited. We take underage gambling extremely seriously.
3 Account Registration
3.1 One Account Per Person
Each player is permitted to hold one Account only. Creating duplicate, secondary, or associated accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. poci99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any pending withdrawals if multiple accounts are identified for a single player.
3.2 Accurate Information
You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must update them promptly if any information changes.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. poci99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.
3.4 Account Suspension and Closure
poci99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving fraud, abuse, breach of these Terms, or regulatory requirements. In the event of closure for cause, poci99 may withhold the Account balance pending investigation.
4 KYC Verification
poci99 operates a robust Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to verify player age and identity. You acknowledge and agree to the following:

4.2 Processing Timeframe
KYC review is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission during standard operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). Withdrawals will be held pending successful KYC completion. poci99 is not liable for any delays attributable to incomplete or unclear document submissions.
Completing KYC verification once unlocks unlimited future withdrawal processing without repeated documentation requirements, subject to any significant changes in account activity patterns.
5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.2 Deposit Conditions

All accounts are held in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). poci99 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which poci99 accepts no liability.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, promotions, free spins, and special offers provided by poci99 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these General Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified:
- Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus.
- Real Money Funds in your Account are used first for wagers; Bonus Funds are applied after Real Money Funds are depleted.

7 Betting & Game Rules
7.1 Acceptance of Bets
poci99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any wager at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected errors in odds, technical malfunctions, or where accepting a bet would violate applicable regulations. A wager is only confirmed once a bet receipt or confirmation reference number has been issued by the Platform.
7.2 Sports Betting
All sports markets — including football (judi bola, the colloquial Indonesian term for football wagering), mix parlay (accumulator betting), and voor bola (Asian handicap) — are governed by the specific sports rules published in the Platform's Help section. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or voided, poci99's settlement rules for the relevant sport will apply.
7.3 Live Betting
Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or settled at any time in accordance with real-world events. poci99 is not responsible for connectivity issues that may prevent a player from placing or amending in-play bets. 8 Prohibited Conduct

11 Limitation of Liability

- Actions of third-party payment processors, including delays or errors in transaction processing by BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja.
In any event, poci99's maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. poci99 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for any particular purpose beyond personal entertainment.
12 Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. poci99 will never sell your personal data to third parties and will only share it with service providers necessary for Platform operation, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
13 Amendments
